Interactive 3D Visualization of Autism Data

This data posted here can be visualized and studied Interactively on the web using our Mind Seer program.  To start the program, click on the link below.  You will be prompted by a nasty message advising you not to run the program.  This is because we do not have an official certificate yet.  If you would like to run the demo, I recommend opting to "Always" accept the certificate and that way you will always know it is us.

Mind Seer

After starting Mind Seer, log in as user "autism" with no password.

The next step is to select a workspace.  Every subject has two workspaces corresponding to normalized data (MNI space) and non-normalized data (Magnet space).

Once the workspace is loaded, you can open individual data modalities.  For example, you can open 3D Cortex Model (open 3D Model node, open Cortex Model node, double-click on a model), or Structural T1 Volume.  This will open a view corresponding to selected modality.  You can add other data to the view.  For example, to overlay functional MRI, you would need to select the fMRI volume of interest and drag it to the view.

NOTE:  You would need to have Java Web Start installed on your computer.  It is very likely that you already have it installed if you have Java.
